Pre & Post Natal yoga classes are excellent for the Mom to be and baby; provided you have been doing yoga and excercising prior to the pregnancy and have a clean bill of health from your doctor and gynecologist OB/GYN.
Stay calm, relaxed, healthy, balanced, happy throughout your pregnancy.
Asanas (poses), Pranayama (using the breath), relaxation practices such as shavasana, yoga nidra, practices for concentration, memory, pain management, meditation are taught suitable for pregnancy.
Enjoy the pregnancy. Being happy, relaxed, centered is as important as eating healthy and sleeping and quality company.
The practices of Bihar School of Yoga / Satyananda Yoga are taught.
